This is quite difficult to translate exactly the meaning of it but to understand, “CPE” is what makes that many people are protesting in France these days, I’m sure you’ve heard about it. And it’s a fish because on the 1st of April, each year, there is a tradition of doing jokes and the fish is the symbol of that day. (More on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_Fool's_Day) So, it’s like the “CPE” would be a joke.
Ohh.. so CPE has been made into an April fool’s. There isn’t any symbols for April fool’s in S’pore yet, I like the fish! I haven’t heard about the CPE protesting in the news though.
